Carrying opening of a
direct competition for the recruitment of thirty (30) personnel in the corps of Mining and Geology civil servants, 2023 session
THE MINISTER OF THE PUBLIC SERVICE AND ADMINISTRATIVE REFORM,
Considering the Constitution;
Having regard to decree 110 75/786 of December 18, 1975 on the Special Statute of the body of Mining and Geology civil servants;
Having regard to decree 11094/199 of October 7, 1994 on the General Statute of the State Public Service, modified and supplemented by the decree. 1+2000/287 dil 12 October 2000;
Considering decree 11 0 201 1/408 of December 09, 2011 on the organization of the Government. nr, amended and supplemented by decree 11 02018/190 of 02 2018;
Considering decree 110 2012/537 of November 19, 2012 on. organization of the Ministry of Public Service and Administrative Reform;
Considering decree 1102018/191 of March 2, 2018 on the reorganization of the Government;
Considering the decree 110 2000/696/PM of September 13, 2000 fixing the General Regime of Administrative Competitions;
VI.I Order 1+0/10/1) M of 19 May 2022 setting the procedures for granting the age exemption to people with disabilities during administrative competitions and recruitments in the State Civil Service;
Having regard to decree 11000000490/MINFI of December 21, 2022 specifying the practical methods of implementation. administrative competition costs,
ORDERS:
Article 1 el .- a) This decree opens a direct competition for recruitment into the corps of Mining and Geology officials, according to the following distribution:
• twenty (20) Mining and Geology Engineers, category “A” second grade of the Public Service; ten (10) Mining and Geology Engineers, category “A” first grade of the Public Service.
b) The written tests of the said concol.lrs will take place on October 28 and 29,
2023 at the center. unique to Yaoundé.
Article 2.- CONDITIONS TO BE FULFILLED IN ORDER TO APPLY.
Can apply, Cameroonians of two (02) sexes who meet
the general conditions required for access to public employment and those enacted by the General Statute of the Public Service of being
able to assume the Mining and Geology tasks; at least and thirty-four (34) years old or older on the 1st
(to be born between 01/01/1989 and 01/01/2006);
d) however, disabled persons holding a National Disability Card issued by the competent authorities, benefit from an age exemption for a ceiling of five (05) years maximum, above the limit of age set above, in accordance with decree 110040/PM of May 19, 2022 referred to above.
2-Specific Conditions:
a- For candidates for the competition for the recruitment of Mining and Geology Engineers, hold the diploma of Mining and Geology Engineer., 011 of any other diploma of studies in Mines and Geology recognized as equivalent , issued by a national training establishment or by one of the foreign 01.1 international schools appearing on a list fixed by order of the Prime Minister.
b- For candidates for the competition for the recruitment of Mining and Geology Engineers, hold a Mining and Geology Engineer diploma, or any other recognized diploma in Mining and Geology equivalent, issued by a national training establishment or by one of the foreign or international schools appearing on a list fixed by order of the Prime Minister.
Article 3.- COMPOSITION OF CANDIDATES.
Files can be submitted online at the address:
c oursonline.minfopra.gov.cm or deposited in the ten (10) Regional Delegations of the Ministry of the Public Service and Administrative Reform, until Friday, October 13, 2023, deadline rigor and must imperatively include the following documents: 1. A registration form stamped at one thousand five hundred (1,500) CFA francs, the printout of which is available in the services of the Ministry of the Public Service and Administrative Reform or in the
Regional Delegations of the same Ministry and BI ‘loadable on the website: http://_www.minfopra.gov.cm; a certified true copy of the birth certificate signed by a civil authority
O competent; n extract from the criminal record, bulletin n03; a certified true copy of the required diploma, signed by an competent civil authority; an attestation of presentation of the original of the diploma, signed by a competent island authority; medical certificate issued by a doctor in the public sector;
A receipt for payment of the sum of twenty-five thousand (25,000) CFA francs issued by a manager of the EXPRESS UNION counter of the place of deposit of the application file;
8. Two (02) 4×4 photos;
9. A stamped envelope with one thousand (1000) CFA francs addressed to the candidate.
Candidates who submit their files online are exempt from the formalities of filing physical files. However, said files must imperatively be submitted to the Ministry of Public Service and Administrative Reform for candidates declared definitively admitted.
I .es candidates wishing to be accompanied free of charge in the online registration procedure. can approach the branches of the National Youth Observatory (ONJ) housed within the Multifunctional Youth Promotion Centers (CMPJ).
In the event of a lack of applications in a grade or a quorum not reached in said grade, the number of places reserved or remaining for the latter is transferred to the candidates of the grade having recorded the greatest number of applications.
Government employee applicants subject to the Labor Code and fulfilling the conditions set out in Article 2 must provide a copy of their employment contract or decision to hire.
Any file that is incomplete, late or whose documents are signed in a police station will not be accepted.
Documents legalized by an administrative, municipal or judicial authority must be dated less than three (03) months from the date of submission of the files.
Article 4.- PROGRAMS, TIMETABLES AND CONDUCT OF WRITTEN TESTS

l- The composition programs are those of the study cycles delivering the diplomas required to apply.
•2- The eligibility tests will take place on the following dates and times:

Article 5.- CONDUCT OF THE ORAL TESTS.
A press release from the Minister. of the Public Service and Administrative Reform will specify the dates and times for passing the oral tests for final admission.

Article 6.- PUBLICATION OF RESULTS.
The final results of this competition will be published by order of the Minister of Public Service and Administrative Reform.

Article 7.- Any fraud found before, during or after the end of the competition will be sanctioned in accordance with the laws and. regulations in force.
