Opening a
Direct competition for the recruitment of thirty (30) personnel in the corps of Animal Industries officials, 2023 session.
THE MINISTER OF PUBLIC SERVICE AND ADMINISTRATIVE REFORM,
Considering the constitution;
VII Decree 110 75/778 of 18 December 1975 on the special status of the corps of civil servants in the Animal Industries;
Considering decree If94/199 of October 07, 1994 on the General Statute of the Public Service of the State, modified. and supplemented by decree 11 0 2000/287 clu 12 October 2000 •
Considering decree 1102011/408 clu 09 December 2011 on the organization of the Government) modified and supplemented by decree no. 2018/190 of 02 2018,
Considering decree no. 537 of November 19, 2012 on the organization of the Ministry of Public Service and Administrative Reform;
Having regard to decree 11 0 2018/191 of March 2, 2018 on the reorganization of the Government;
Having regard to decree 11 0 2000/696/PM of September 13, 2000 establishing the General Rules for Administrative Competitions;
PRIME MINISTER’S DEPARTMENTS
Considering Order 11 0040/PM of May 19, 2022 setting the terms and conditions for granting the age exemption to disabled persons during isrrarif competitions and recruitments in the State Public Service;
VII the decree. 1+00000490/MINFI of December 21, 2022 specifying the costs of administrative competitions,
ORDERS:
Article 1.- a) This Order opens a direct competitive examination for the recruitment in the body of civil servants of the Indil.srries..s Animals, according to the following distribution: Ten (10) Senior Technicians of Animal Industries , category “B” second grade of the civil service;
Ten (10) Animal Industries Technicians, category “B” first grade of the public service;
Ten (10) Technical Agents of Animal Industries, category “C” of the public service.
b) The said competition will take place on October 28 and 29, 202.3 at the single center in
Yaoundé.
Article 2.- CONDITIONS TO BE FULFILLED IN ORDER TO APPLY.
Be able to carry out the work of the corps of Animal Industries civil servants. Candidates must fulfill the general conditions required for access to public employment enacted by the General Statute of the State Public Service • Competition/Grades Categories Age required
Observations Senior
Technicians of Animal Industries Seventeen (17) years old or thirty-four (34) years old at most on January 1, 2023 (born between 01/01/1989 and 01/01/2006). Erre holder of a diploma of
Superior Technician of Animal Industries or equivalent cliplame, issued by a national training establishment
011 by a foreign or recognized school appearing on a list fixed by order of the Prime
Minister.
Animal Industry Technicians
Seventeen (17) years old at least and thirty-four (34) years old at most on January 1, 2023 (be born between 01/01/1989 and 01/01/2006). Hold a diploma of Animal Industries Technician or an equivalent diploma issued by a national training establishment 011 by a recognized foreign or international school appearing on a list fixed by order of the Prime Minister.
Animal Industries Technical Agents c Seventeen (17) years at least and twenty-nine (29) years at most on January 1, 2023 (be born between 01/01/1994 and 01/01/2006). Hold a diploma of Technical Agent for Animal Industries or an equivalent diploma issued by a national training establishment or by a recognized foreign or international school appearing on a list fixed by order of the Prime Minister.
however, disabled persons holding a National Disability Card issued by the competent authorities, benefit from an age exemption for a ceiling of five (05) years maximum, above the age limit fixed above. above, in accordance with Order No. 0040/PM of May 19, 2022 referred to above.
Section 3.
Files can be submitted online at the address: concoursonline.minfopra.gov.cm or deposited in the ten (10) Regional Delegations of the Ministry of Public Service and Reform. Administrative, until Friday, October 13. 2023, strict deadline and must illipéracivelllellt cc) llltake the following documents.
I. a registration form stamped il’rnille five hundred (1,500) CFA francs on which the candidate will specify his option, the printout of which is available in the services of the Ministry of the Public Service and Administrative Reform or in the Delegations Regional from the same Ministry and downloadable from the website: http: www.minfopra.gov.cm •
2. a certified true copy of the competent birth certificate;
3. an extract from the criminal record, billletilù n 03;

4. a certified copy of the required diploma, competent;
5. an attestation of presentation of the original diploma, signed by a competent civil authority;
6. a medical certificate issued by a doctor in the public sector;
7. a receipt for payment of the sum of twenty-five thousand (25,000) CFA francs for candidates in category “B” competitions, and twenty thousand (20,000) CFA francs for those in category “C”, issued by a person in charge of the EXPRESS UNION counter of the place of deposit of the application file
8. two (02) 4×4 photos
9. an envelope stamped with one thousand (1000) CFA francs addressed to the candidate.
candidates who submit their files online are exempt from the formalities of submitting physical files. However, said files must imperatively be submitted to the Ministry of Public Service and Administrative Reform. for candidates declared definitively admitted.
Candidates wishing to be accompanied free of charge in the online registration procedure. can approach the branches of the National Youth Observatory (ONJ) housed within the Multifunctional Youth Promotion Centers (CMPJ).
In the event of a lack of applications in a grade or a quorum not reached in said grade, the number of places reserved or remaining for the latter is transferred to the candidates of the grade having recorded the greatest number of applications.
Government employee candidates subject to the Labor Code and fulfilling the conditions set out in Article 2 must provide a copy of their employment contract or decision to hire.
Any file that is incomplete, late or whose documents are signed in a police station will not be accepted.
Documents legalized by an administrative, municipal or judicial authority must be dated less than three (03) months from the date of submission of the files.
Article 4.- PROGRAMS, TIMETABLES AND CONDITIONS FOR WRITTEN TESTS.
l- The programs of. composition are those of the study cycles delivering the diplomas required to apply.

3- The time limit for access to the rooms is imperatively set at 07:00 sharp.
Article 5.- CONDUCT OF THE ORAL TESTS.
A press release from the Minister of Public Service and Administrative Reform will specify the dates and times for passing the final admission oral tests for category “B” candidates.

Article 6.- PUBLICATION OF RESULTS.
The final results of these competitions will be published by order of the Minister of Public Service and Administrative Reform.
Article 7.- Any fraud observed before, during or after the competition will be sanctioned in accordance with the laws and regulations in force.
Article 8.- This decree will be registered and published wherever necessary. /-
