Opening a
selection test for the recruitment of one hundred (100) Midwives/Maieuticians covered by the Labor Code on behalf of the Ministry of Public Health for the 2023 financial year.
THE MINISTER FOR THE PUBLIC SERVICE AND ADMINISTRATIVE REFORM,
Considering the Constitution;
Having regard to law 11092/007 of August 14, 1992 on the Labor Code;
Having regard to Decree AV78/484 of November 09, 1978 laying down the common provisions applicable to State Agents subject to the Labor Code, Having
regard to Decree 1102011/408 of December 09, 2011 on the organization of the Government, amended and supplemented by Decree 1102018/ 190 of 02 Illats 2018;
Mindful of Decree 1+2012/537 of November 19, 2012 on the organization of the Ministry of Public Service and Administrative Reform;
Considering the decree 1102018/191 of March 02, 2018 relating to the reorganization of the Government;
Having regard to Clécw•1 1102000/696/PM dated September 13, 2000 setting Ic Réginìc• (-jénérnl des Concours Administratifs;
Having regard to Order No. 0040/PM of May 19, 2022 setting the terms and conditions for granting exemption from age to people with disabilities during administrative competitions and recruitment in the State Public Service;
Order No. 000000490/MINFI of 21 December 2022 specifying the practical procedures for implementing the costs of administrative competitions,
ORDERS
Article 1 .- This decree opens a selection test for the recruitment of one hundred (100) midwives/Maieuticians covered by the Labor Code (category 9/1), on behalf of the Ministry of Public Health. of the 2023 financial year.
Article 2.- The written tests of the said test are held at the single center in Yaoundé, according to the programs, date and times set out in article 5 below.
Article 3.-
CONDITIONS TO BE FULFILLED TO APPLY.
1- General conditions:
Can apply, Cameroonians fulfilling the conditions
to be physically fit for the exercise of the profession of Midwife or Maieutician; be at least seventeen (17) years old and at most forty (40) years old on January 2023 (be born between 01/01/1983 and 01/01/2006).
However, disabled persons holding a National Disability Card issued by the competent authorities, benefit from an age exemption for a maximum of five (05) years, above the age limit fixed above. , in accordance with decree 110040/PM of May 19, 022 referred to above.

2- Specific Condition:
Hold a Midwife/Maieutician diploma issued by a national training establishment or by one of the foreign or international schools appearing on a list fixed by order of the Prime Minister.
Article 4.-
COMPOSITION OF APPLICATION FILES.
Files can be submitted online at concoursonline.minfopra.gov.cm or deposited in the ten (10) Regional Delegations of the Ministry of Public Service and Administrative Reform, until Friday, September 22, 2022 , deadline rigor and must imperatively include the following documents:
1. A registration form stamped at one thousand five hundred (1,500) CFA francs, the printout of which is available in the services of the Ministry of the Public Service and Administrative Reform or in the Regional Delegations of the said Ministry and downloadable from the website: http: www.minfopra.gov.cm
2. A certified true copy of the birth certificate signed by a competent civil authority;
3. An extract from the criminal record, bulletin n03
4. A certified copy of the required diploma, signed by a competent civil authority;
5. A certificate of presentation of the original diploma, signed by a competent civil authority;
6. A medical certificate issued by a doctor in the public sector;
7. A receipt for payment of the sonnme of twenty thousand (20,000) CFA francs issued by an EXPRESS UNION counter manager of the place of deposit of the application file;
8. Two (02) 4×4 photos
9. An envelope stamped with one thousand (1000) CFA francs addressed to the candidate.
candidates who submit their files online are exempted from the formalities of filing physical files. However, said files must imperatively be submitted to the Ministry of Public Service and Administrative Reform for candidates declared definitively admitted.
Candidates wishing to be accompanied free of charge in the online registration procedure can approach the branches of the National Youth Observatory (ONJ) housed within the Multifunctional Centers for the Promotion of Young People (CMP]).

In the event of an absence of applications in a specialty or a quorum not reached in the said specialty, the number of places reserved or remaining in the latter is transferred to the candidates of the specialty having recorded the greatest number of applications. Any file that is incomplete, late or whose police t will not be accepted.

Documents legalized by an administrative, municipal or judicial authority must be dated less than three (03) months from the date of submission of the files.
Article 5.-
PROGRAM, DATE AND TIMES OF THE WRITTEN TESTS.
1- The composition program is that of the cycle of studies delivering the diploma required to apply.

2- The written exams including the test will take place on the date and at the times below:
3- The time limit for access to the rooms is set at 07:00.
Article 5.- PUBLICATION AND CONDITIONS OF REMUNERATION.
The final results of this test will be published by order of the Minister of Public Service and Administrative Reform.
The methods of remuneration of the candidates definitively selected at the end of this test are those applicable to the personnel of the State covered by the Labor Code.
Article 6.- Any fraud observed before, during or after the competition will be penalized in accordance with the laws and regulations in force.
Article 7.- This order will be registered and published wherever necessary. /-
