TYPE OF CONTRACT: CDI
PLACE OF WORK : Douala
MAIN MISSIONS :
Put in place the financial techniques necessary for the development and protection of the company;
Prepare budgets and their follow-up;
Inform and advise management on tax and accounting constraints;
Manage various contracts and agreements to ensure their compliance with the legislative and/or regulatory framework;
Negotiate and manage company purchases;
Manage cash flow and bank relations;
Supervise the various functional departments: accounting, treasury, payroll.
MAIN ACTIVITIES
– Supervise management control, accounting and treasury…;
– Advise the General Management on short-term forecasts;
– Formulate proposals on the medium-term strategy;
– Inform and advise the General Management in terms of tax and accounting constraints;
– Take care of external financial information with the media and partners;
– Define and improve administrative management and accounting monitoring procedures;
– Develop and set up dashboards and advise the operational departments;
– Manage contracts and agreements to ensure their compliance with the legislative and/or regulatory framework;
– Ensure the administrative management of insurance and litigation;
– Put in place the financial techniques essential to the development and protection of the company;
– Define the financial policy and monitor its implementation;
– Analyze and interpret discrepancies, recommend solutions and report to management;
– Prepare and develop budgets and monitor them;
– Ensure compliance with expenditure execution procedures;
– Carry out financial and economic studies essential to the choice of industrial investments or to the financial engineering of development: acquisitions, mergers, joint ventures…
PROFILE :
– Hold a Bac + 4 or more in Accounting; Control ; Audit.
– Have proven professional experience of at least 03 years in a similar position.
– Age: 25 to 35 years old
TECHNICAL SKILLS
– Master computer tools and the office pack. And have a perfect command of accounting and management software;
– Have knowledge of finance, cost accounting, and especially management control and management information technology;
– Know the legal and regulatory provisions in force in the country as well as tax law and company law;
– Have proven managerial skills;
– Perfect command of French and English, both written and spoken, is also essential
BEHAVIORAL SKILLS
– Great communication skills;
– Good interpersonal skills to be able to lead a working group;
– Subtlety is also necessary to be able to marry audacity and prudence on the one hand, rapid decision-making and sound judgment on the other;
