We are seeking motivated and skilled Account Managers to join our team and play a crucial role with our
valued customers.
Job Summary : As an Account Manager at UBTS, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing
client accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving revenue growth through upselling and crossselling opportunities. You will be the primary point of contact for our customers, inquiries handling,
resolving issues, and providing exceptional support throughout their journey with us.
Responsibilities:
1. Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers
by regularly engaging with them via phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings. Understand
their requirements, address concerns, and act as a reliable point of contact for all maƩers.
2. Customer Support: Provide prompt and efficient support to customers, addressing technical
issues, billing inquiries, and service-related questions. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure
timely resolution of customer concerns.
3. Account Expansion: Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional products and
services to existing customers, maximizing revenue potential. Proactively present new solutions
that align with the customer’s needs and business objectives.
4. Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies in
the broadband internet and telecom services sector. Use this knowledge to provide valuable
insights and position UBTS as an industry leader.
5. Collaboration: Work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to create customized account
plans, ensuring a cohesive and strategic approach to customer acquisition and retention.
6. Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, sales
activities, and account status using CRM software. Provide regular reports and performance
metrics to the management team.
7. Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from customers regarding their experiences with our
services, seeking opportunities for improvement and incorporating customer input into the
company’s continuous improvement process.
Requirements:
– Engineering or business administration in Telecom, Computer Science, Electronic, Marketing, etc.
– Proven work experience as an Account Manager or in a similar customer-facing role & industry.
– Strong understanding of broadband internet and telecommunication technologies.
– Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to build & maintain relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction & loyalty.
– Results-oriented and ability to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
– Highly organized with excellent time management skills & ability to handle multiple accounts.
Preferred Qualifications:
– 1 to 3 years working in a startup environment, with adaptability & proactive approach.
– Familiarity with local regulations and industry standards in broadband internet & telecom.
– Technical knowledge related to networking, routers, and telecommunications equipment.
– Additional language proficiency relevant to the startup’s customer base would be an advantage.
