Prudential Beneficial Insurance is looking for 1 Back Office Customer Assistant based in Douala for its development needs

Main missions
• Assist the back office in the processing of various services.
Main activities
• Contribute to verifying the compliance of client files;
• Contribute to the processing and process of customer requests submitted directly to the general management (loans, payment of total and partial maturities, listing of partial and total maturities, refunds, cancellations, partial and total redemptions, payment history, suspensions, withdrawals, modifications, reinstatements);
• Contribute to the follow-up of files with other departments (signing of checks to be signed, to be sent, modifications to be made by the Technical Department, etc.);
• Contribute to the verification that the policies are up to date by establishing a payment history;
• Assist in policy change management.
SKILLS
– Knowledge of life insurance and capitalization techniques;
– Mastery of policy advance and change processing procedures;
– Ability to work in a team;
– Good sense of organization;
– Good ability to manage stress;
Prerequisites
– Training: BAC + 2/3 in Insurance/Finance/Management;
– 02 years of experience;
– Good knowledge of the CIMA code;
– Good knowledge of the office package (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
– Bilingual
