REGIONALE BANK Recruitment: Several Developer-Agropastoral Managers
The REGIONALE BANK is looking for several Developer-Agropastoral Managers within the framework of its activities .
ACTIVITIES :
- Prospect customers to expand your portfolio
- Promote and sell Agribanking financial products
- Animate your client portfolio
- Prepare customer loan files
- Identify opportunities for actors in the value chain(s) of its portfolio
- Assist and follow clients in the implementation of their agro-pastoral projects
LEVEL OF STUDY REQUIRED:
- Hold a diploma of higher technician or engineer in agriculture/breeding or agri-food processes
- Have a professional experience of two (02) years in the context of supporting agro-pastoral organizations/entrepreneurs
BASIC SKILLS:
- Have practical knowledge of farming/breeding techniques or transformation of agro-pastoral products of animal or plant origin
- Have good skills in cultural techniques
- Have skills in financial analysis of projects
- Have skills in agropastoral risk analysis
- Have a good command of basic computer software (word, excel, powerpoint)
- Have the ability to work in a team and under pressure
