Who are we ?
The Cameroonian Association for Social Marketing (ACMS), member of the PSI network is a non-governmental organization under Cameroonian law whose main mission is to improve in a sustainable and measurable way the social situation of the Cameroonian population and to promote health and family prosperity.
Thus, ACMS works in cooperation with the government and its partners in the public and private sectors to offer high quality health programs, reaching all populations in need. For more than twenty-five years, ACMS has provided the people of Cameroon with comprehensive, evidence-based public health interventions, including programs in reproductive health, malaria, and HIV prevention among others.

The Cameroonian Association for Social Marketing (ACMS) is a non-governmental organization under Cameroonian law and a member of the Network of Population Services International (PSI) since 1996. ACMS is recognized as being one of the main actors in Cameroon in the prevention of HIV/AIDS and family planning promotion through social marketing and behavior change communication. ACMS is a complex organization with multiple projects and donors and a wide range of products and services, including a social franchising project with 372 clinics within the network.
Your Contribution:
Prepare and validate the Terms of Reference (TORs) for the development of the strategic plan (SP);
Prepare the ToRs of all the meetings that will have to be held for the development and validation of the PS;
Develop and validate the questionnaire for the environmental survey;
Interview partners for the environmental survey and prepare the related report;
Contribute to the animation of PS workshops;
Compile the outputs in workshops in the formats made available;

The Basics:
Nationality: Cameroonian
Required diploma: Hold a Bachelor’s degree or BTS in communication, sociology or any other equivalent diploma.
Desired Professional Experience: Have a good experience in animation and andragogy; Have a good experience in the development and administration of qualitative questionnaires;
Speak and write the French language perfectly and have sufficient command of the English language;
Have a good knowledge of the computer tool
What would interest us?
Familiarity with social marketing and/or NGOs;
Analytical skills and a very strong sense of detail;
Good command of data analysis techniques for audit,
Results-based management to succeed;
Negotiation skills;
Planning and organizational skills.
Excellent capacity for synthesis, precision and conciseness;
