Develop the turnover for the LCL (Less Container Load) / maritime grouping of the activity
– Prospect, develop and maintain its client portfolio
– Analyze the needs of prospects or customers then advise them and develop a personalized follow-up plan
– Negotiate customer contracts
– Contribute to the Marketing strategy and communication on the groupage activity of the company
– Reporting to Management and working on improving KPIs for better sales results
– Effectively organize the transport of goods while ensuring that customer expectations are met
– Set the terms of transport with the technical and economic traction operators
– Establish the necessary transport orders and modalities
– Give loading instructions at the dock
Required profile for job ad: GROUPAGE COMMERCIAL
A minimum of 3 years in the maritime transport/maritime groupage sector
Experience required with freight forwarders
Have a very good knowledge of the world of maritime groupage
Communicative with negotiation skills
- Proactive, autonomous and results oriented
Fluent English preferred
License B desired
