For the opening of its new supermarkets, DUVAL ARNO DISTRIBUTION (SAS) is recruiting for the needs of its services: 11 Self-Service Employees M/F (ELS) M/F.

JOB MISSIONS:

Under the control of the Department Supervisor, the Self-Service Employee’s mission is to:

Manage the supply and arrangement of the various goods on the shelves according to the merchandising plan laid down by the brand. He will have to manage the customer relationship in order to participate in the achievement of the company’s commercial objectives and in compliance with health and safety rules.

 

 

MAIN ACTIVITIES

STOCK MANAGEMENT AND SHELF SUPPLY

Receive the goods;
Arrange the products on the shelves or on the display indicated;
Carry out the markup and labeling of products on the shelves;
Check the stock status;
Define supply needs;
Contribute to reducing shrinkage;
Participate in inventories.

 

 

SALES SPACE MANAGEMENT

Ensure the cleanliness and good presentation of the sales space/department;
Ensure the cleanliness of the sales supports;
Respect the terms of presentation of products on the shelves;
Control the conformity of products (DLV, quality, etc.);
Remove products with DLV (expiry date) exceeded on the shelf.

CUSTOMER MANAGEMENT

Welcome and guide customers;
Advise customers and ensure their loyalty.

PARTICIPATION IN THE ACTIVITIES OF THE ENTITY

Ensure the replacement/Interim for the positions indicated;
Participate in any other activity at the request of the hierarchy (business seminar, awareness, training, etc.)

PROFILE

Education and Professional Experience:

Academic level: Baccalaureate in general or technical education
Professional experience: At least 01 year of professional experience as a self-service employee or in a similar position.

SKILLS REQUIRED FOR THE JOB

Have good endurance and physical resistance, as you may be required to lift loads;
Master the techniques of shelving;
Have knowledge of stock management and good commercial skills;
Be able to comply with health and safety instructions;

Be able to use the computer tool, stock management software, scanners, labellers;
Demonstrate discretion, honesty, proactivity and availability;
Have a sense of service, be versatile and able to work in a team;
Have good interpersonal skills and be rigorous in the work;
Demonstrate integrity.
