COMMUNITY MANAGER (F/M) – STUDIES CM
As part of our activities, we are recruiting a Community Manager
Missions: Under the supervision of the Communication Manager, the incumbent will be responsible for:
- Participate in the animation of our pages on social networks
- Chat with customers in Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp groups
- Definition of the Social Media strategy, monitoring and brand development on social networks
- Creation and management of the editorial schedule and the distribution schedule
- Production and publication of value-added content
- Content moderation and interaction with the community
- Write blog posts
- work on SEO/SEA referencing
- Develop online marketing campaigns
- Implementation of competitive intelligence
Required profile:
- Have a Bac +2 in Marketing or Digital Marketing – Proactive, with a good sense of customer service
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
- Relevant work experience in a similar function;
- Excellent command of the French language in writing;
- Mastery of standard office software (MS Office suite, etc.)
