I- PURPOSE OF THE JOB
YA-RH -07023-001 Action Against Hunger is an International, non-political, non-confessional and non-profit
Non-Governmental Organization (NGO) .

 

 




 

For our operations in Cameroon, we are looking for:
HUMAN RESOURCES DATA ENTERER

Base of attachment: Yaoundé
Number of positions: 01
Contract duration: 1 year
Start date: 08/16/2023.

 

 

 

 

Line Manager: Head of Human Resources Department
– Ensure the complete processing of data collected for the “Timesheet”.
– Enter, analyze, control data and participate in the administrative tasks of the
HR department.

Mission 1: Entering and analyzing the data collected and issuing alerts
Tasks:
– Check the quality of the data to be entered and report any problems encountered
– Evaluate the time required to process the data and report on the progress of the
entry

 

 

 

– Launch the alert if delays in the established procedure
– Enter data in the planned file in an identical format
– Detect missing data or redundancies and highlight them for
direct corrections and propose possible improvements
– Check for inconsistencies in financial lines and donor contracts in accordance with the
RECAP TCC produced by Finance
– Alert your manager as far in advance as possible when malfunctions are
observed in the collection of data
– Provide clarifications to your manager in the event of inconsistencies observed during the
data analysis
– Communicate to your manager if there are delays in the transmission of Time sheets
– Train staff in the use of the GTA platform

I- PURPOSE OF THE JOB
II- MISSIONS OF THE JOB

Mission 2: Archiving of HR data and documents
Tasks:
– Classify Timesheets and computer data in an organized and accessible way
(ensure the correct naming/codification of files, ensure clear organization of
files, etc.)
– Save data daily entered on the NHF server
– Homogenize the filing and archiving plans
– Do the digital and physical archiving of the national and expatriate personnel files
– Archive the monthly payslips and salary advance and all the administrative documents of the
HR department ( request for absence, discharge of mail, employee loan and others)

Mission 3: Administrative follow-up of expatriate files and letters
Tasks:
– Follow the administrative documents of expatriates: entry visa, exit visa, visa renewal,
Visa on landing, residence permit, request for authorization to enter Cameroon, etc.
– Make legalize the passports and visas of expatriates and visitors for use on the mission
– Keep the register of incoming and outgoing mail (reception and dispatching) and ensure the formalization
(codification and transmission) of correspondence issued by the Coordination
– Manage the sending of physical and digital mail in the different databases
– Scan various documents

Mission 4: Follow-up of staff movement
Tasks:
– Make requests for air ticket reservations and inform users, analyze and follow up
invoices from service providers
– Follow the processes for obtaining visas for national staff and expatriates (letter of invitation and
other documents necessary for the trip)
– Follow the movements of staff and visitors: weekly update of the
movement schedule, update of the table for monitoring visa validity and renewal of visa, residence permit

Follow the schedule expatriate breaks.

 

III. DIPLOMA / LEVEL OF STUDY AND EXPERIENCE
– Diploma / Level of study: Minimum Bac +1 in management sciences or HR
– First professional experience ideally in an identical position
– Experience in monitoring expatriate files (visa, residence permit,
– Experience in booking airline tickets and monitoring staff movements
would be an asset.

IV. REQUIRED SKILLS
Knowledge:
– Mastery of computer tools and advanced Excel required
– Mastery of computer software: an asset if knowledge of HRIS tools such as HOMERE
– Ability to learn new software

3-Savoir faire:
– Competence in data entry and analysis
– Competence in information management
– ​​Mastery of written and spoken French.
– Knowledge of English is an asset Skills
