African Capability Network is looking for the needs of its activities 01 Head of Human Resources Service. 

The successful candidate will be placed under the responsibility of the Financial Administrative Director (DAF). He/she will be responsible for ensuring and managing activities in compliance with the Human Resources Management System. The incumbent ensures:

• Recruitment and onboarding
• Administration and personnel management
• Payroll management
• Relations with social organizations
• Forecasting Management of Jobs and Skills
• Preparation of the social report of the Establishment.

Training level :

• Hold a Master’s degree in Management / Management / HR.

Experience :

•  05 years of minimum experience in HR and Management (budget monitoring, notions in management control, etc.) and start-up of new structures.

Language :

• Perfectly bilingual (English & French).
