I-PRESENTATION OF EGPAF
The Elizabeth Glaser Pediatric AIDS Foundation is a world leader in the fight against
pediatric HIV and AIDS , working in 19 countries and at more than 5,500 sites around the
world to prevent the transmission of HIV to children and help those who are already
infected. Today, thanks to the very successful work of the Foundation and its partners,
pediatric AIDS has been virtually eliminated in the United States. With a growing global staff
of more than 1,000 people, including nine out of 10 who work in the field, the
Foundation’s global mission is to implement programs for the prevention,
care and treatment of HIV; advancing innovative research; and execute
strategic and targeted global advocacy to bring about
dramatic change in the lives of millions of women, children and families around the world.

EGPAF works in partnership with the Ministry of Health to support HIV prevention, care and treatment and health systems strengthening services .
EGPAF is primarily funded by PEPFAR through the Centers for Disease
Control and Prevention (CDC) and the United States Agency for
International Development (USAID). ELIZABETH GLASER PEDICATRIC AIDS FOUNDATION
Cameroon is headquartered in Yaoundé and represented by Dr. Patrice TECHENDJOU,
Country Director residing and domiciled at the headquarters of the said institution, identified under
taxpayer number M0914125000911Q hereinafter referred to as EGPAF.
II- CONDITIONS OF APPLICATION
Can apply, any company specialized and experienced in
similar civil engineering works.
The following documents will constitute the service provider’s offer:
A- Administrative documents
1- A copy of this notice of call for quotation fully initialed on all its pages and
signed on the last page by the service provider;
2- Certificate of tax exemption (currently valid);
3- Certificate of registration;
4- Certified True Copy of the trade register copy (in accordance
with the subject of this invitation to tender);
5- Certificate of bank domiciliation;
6- Commitment on the honor of self-financing (model in appendix);
7- Solvency certificate;
B- Technical documents
8- Organizational chart of the personnel to be assigned to the sites for the study of the work to be
done
9- CV and copy of the diploma signed by the works supervisor
10- CV and copy of the diploma signed by the electrician
11- Trial- reports of similar works (report of acceptance of
civil engineering or similar construction works );
12- A Photocopy of the gray card of a vehicle of any type belonging to the company
or the owner of the company which will be used as a liaison vehicle for the
and followed by the works and/or a rental contract for a vehicle of a vehicle with
a valid company;
C- Financial offer
13- Quantitative and estimated estimate of the construction work to be carried out (model in
appendix)
NB: All these parts must be bound on a single (single) document and
classified according to the order mentioned above with separations between the
different major headings A, B and C.
This document will be produced in two copies (one original and one copy) which will be
sealed in an envelope which must give no indication of the identity of the
tenderer. In the event of physical submission of an application file or
sent by email to the following email address: cameroonprocurement@pedaids.org Y will be mentioned on the envelope the number of the invitation to tender and the
mention: ” ONLY OPEN DURING THE COUNTING SESSION”
You will submit your offer with release at the offices of EGPAF every
working day from Monday to Thursday of Each week Between 8:00 a.m. and 5:30 p.m.
and from 8:00 a.m. to
2:00 p.m. 08/08/2023 against discharge in a register which will be provided for
this purpose
