Large Accounts Commercial Recovery Manager – (2300004D)
Description MAIN MISSIONS & ACTIVITIES Manage the evolution of the debt of its portfolio and reduce the rate of bad debt § Analyze the evolution of the debt by age, business and payments of accounts in its portfolio and set up a reconciliation plan. § Record payments and follow the collection and updating of accounts (payment, transfer, check, cash) § Letter transfers to the months and offers concerned by the debt § Establish relationships of trust with debtors, and anticipate on the risk of non-payment, § Control the payment paths of its customers and know how to escalate in the event of a blockage.
§ Plan its actions and share the visit and action schedule with its management
Ensure the collection of debts from its customer portfolio in accordance with the procedures
§ Follow up with customers in writing and by telephone and plan its visits according to priorities
§ Prepare the visit file
§ Travel to the customer
§ Suspend the lines
§ Restore the lines following invoice payments and ensure a reconnection rate of 98%
§ Write the visit report
§ Keep the daily activity report up to date
§ Manage moratoriums
§ Process invoice returns
§ Locate and contact debtors in order to question them on the status of their payments
§ Negotiate payment terms of up to 60 days or deadlines
§ Manage questions or complaints
§ Investigate and resolve discrepancies
§ Update account status and database regularly
§ Comply with the requirements when legal action proves unavoidable
Qualifications
Training-type: Bac +3 in the type of management, banking or finance
Minimum experience: 1/2 years in a similar position
