HEAD OF PROGRAMS AND TRAINING
MISSION He/she contributes to the definition of the company’s strategy and sets the strategic orientations of its scope of activity by guaranteeing the adequacy of management methods, means and resources.
The PS Manager ensures the proper functioning of the organization. He/she is proactive and oversees the application and development of actions. He/she sets up and manages projects. He/she is responsible for monitoring the budget and developing the skills of the employees placed under his/her responsibility. He/she translates the political orientations
and strategic axes of the organization into operational actions.

 

 




 

MAIN ACTIVITIES – Develop and implement the strategic objectives of its scope of activity in accordance with the company’s strategy
– Plan the activities of the Inoni Tech organization,
– Maintain and develop programs and projects
– Participate in the development of the organization’s strategic approach
– Managing or coordinating strategic projects or missions
– Carrying out prospective monitoring
– Building internal and external partnerships
– Defining strategic orientations

 

 

– Designing the schedule of activities
– Implementing actions for a optimal target achievement
– Represent the company with partners, customers and stakeholders
– Evaluate the performance and impact of the company and propose areas for improvement
– Analyze market needs, trends and development opportunities ‘business.
– Manage the activity budgeting process and ensure its follow-up
– Coordinate and supervise the activities of the various divisions
– Participate in the preparation of the employee training plan
– Ensure the management of the teams
