We are looking for a VAN TEAM COORDINATOR (VTC) (M/F)

ACTIVITY SECTOR: BREWERY
PLACE OF WORK: DOUALA / YAOUNDE

REQUIRED SKILLS
QUALIFICATIONS
• Academic level Baccalaureate + 3, preferably in marketing and sales
• Professional experience: 03 years of minimum experience in a similar position
EXPERTISE
Experience in FMCG marketing, preferably experience with a brewing industry
Strategic vision
Good understanding of large assemblies (MACRO-PESTEL-SWOT etc)
Bilingual French / English is an advantage.
Holder of at least a B license with driving experience.
Mastery of sales team management.
Technique for establishing travel plans.
Able to understand and interpret key financial reports
Basic coaching skills
Computer skills (Microsoft).
Mastery of the Office 2016 Pack (Excel, Word, etc.), and messaging tools (Outlook / Zimbra).
Knowledge of SAP would be an asset
KNOW-HOW
Is a force of proposal and initiative
Has the leadership skills to motivate the sales force and achieve the objectives set
Rigour, sense of organization and work autonomy
Sense of priorities and organization
Ability to adapt to changes, to deal with emergency situations
Dynamic and able to work technically under pressure
