Job Title: Truck Driver
Main mission of the position:
Ensure the driving and maintenance of trucks, as well as the safety of the goods contained therein and the people on board.
Job activities
- Before each trip, check the operating condition (cleaning, washing) of the truck;
- Know how to perform basic mechanics;
- Escalate the malfunctions observed to the hierarchy as soon as possible
- Control the loading and unloading of goods in the truck;
- Check the conformity of on-board and transport documents
- Check the conformity of the delivery;
- Know how to follow and execute the directives transmitted
- Have a good knowledge of delivery routes
JOB REQUIREMENTS AND REQUIRED SKILLS
PROFILE
- Man
- Justify proven professional experience of at least 02 years in a similar position
- Hold at least a D license
SKILLS
- Know the highway code;
- Know the rules for the safety of goods and people;
- Know the methods of loading and unloading of goods;
- Know the rules of personal safety in terms of transport and apply them (compulsory wearing of PPE, etc.)
