Ace Finance is launching an internal/external call for the position of Branch Manager .
Candidate profile :
- Man and woman
- Minimum Bac +3 level in Finance/Management/Business School;
- 05 years of experience in the profession
Know-how
- Result oriented;
- Anaytical and synthetical mind; Sense of organization;
- Have good writing skills; Good interpersonal skills and good listening skills;
- Have a strong ability to adapt;
- Demonstrate rigor and diplomacy;
- Be able to work under pressure.
Expertise
- Have solid knowledge of banking law, banking techniques, financial analysis, COBAC regulations related to microfinance;
- Analyze a credit file;
- Have experience in management, team coaching and commercial animation;
- Master banking software;
- Master the office package.
Duties :
- Develop the agency’s portfolio and ensure the achievement of commercial objectives;
- Animate, supervise and manage the activities of the agency’s staff;
- Implement the company’s commercial policy with a view to profitability;
- Ensure the proper functioning of the agency both in terms of customer reception and security.
