CDI Payroll Section Head / Post Office Supervisor
based in Nkoteng
MISSIONS
Collect, control and enter the various variable payroll elements of the month;
Track and integrate all accounting entries resulting from the payroll calculation; Edit and transmit the various payroll statements after closures to the departments concerned; Track staff costs; Make corrections to various employee claims and payrolls
Ensure employee interactions and operations related to insurance and microfinance;
Establish and distribute pointing elements as well as advance payment proposals to the various departments.
PROFILE

Hold a BAC +3 in Human Resources Management
• Be organized and rigorous, demonstrate responsiveness and diplomacy, Have a spirit of analysis and synthesis;
Have a good knowledge of the basic concepts of payroll, legal constraints in terms of remuneration; mastery of the Windows office pack and various payroll software;
Have a minimum experience of 03 years in a similar position or 05 years in the field.
Having worked in a company in the agricultural sector would be an asset.
