Job Description

We are looking for one (01) Bilingual Secretary to strengthen our client’s workforce. His role is to assist the General Manager in administrative tasks and ensure the reception of customers.

On a daily basis, the Bilingual Secretary is responsible for:

·      Manage cash transactions

·      Prepare cash flow reports

·      Track customer and supplier invoices

·      Manage supply orders

·      Manage bank transactions

·      Ensure the telephone and physical reception of customers

·      Manage mail

·      Organizing meetings

Write      and format texts (notes, reports, summaries, minutes, letters, contracts, etc.)

Filing      and archiving documents (letters, personnel files, invoices, etc.)

·      Ensure the cleanliness of the premises



Required profile

One (01) year of experience in a similar position, including internship.

BAC+2 training in management, bilingual secretariat or management. Accounting knowledge would be a plus.

Able to hold a conversation in English and French with customers, on the phone or face to face.

Be available to fulfill their professional obligations vis-à-vis the company

Welcome and respond to customer requests with courtesy. Make yourself available to serve them.

Manage your time in an optimal way in order to return the work requested within the set deadlines.

Able to hold a coherent speech, which highlights the advantages of the services of the company in order to convince the customers.

Able to write articles on various topics with the aim of animating the bug of the company.

Proficiency in office automation tools; Word, Excel, PowerPoint but also Sage Saari.




Other information

Type      of contract: CDD renewable for the same duration

Salary   : to be negotiated
