Job Title: Communication and Marketing Officer – INONI TECH

Job description The communication and marketing officer at Inoni Tech plays an
essential role in promoting the company, its training programs
and its incubator. This strategic position requires a creative, organized individual
with communication skills to
develop and execute effective marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities 1. Communication and marketing strategy:
– Develop a communication and marketing strategy in
alignment with the company’s objectives.
– Identify target audiences and develop appropriate communication plans
.
– Design marketing campaigns to promote the programs of
training and incubator services.
– Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing initiatives and adjust actions
accordingly.
2. Content and creation:
– Create engaging and attractive content for different
communication channels (website, social networks, newsletters, etc.).
– Write articles, blogs, testimonials and other communication materials
.

– Design visual aids such as infographics, promotional videos
and presentations.
– Ensure the consistency of the brand and the respect of the visual identity in
all elements of communication.
3. Social Media Management:
– Manage the company’s social media accounts (Facebook, Twitter,
LinkedIn, etc.).
– Create and plan relevant and engaging publications.
– Respond to user comments and messages in a
professional manner.
– Analyze social media statistics to assess campaign effectiveness
and adjust strategies.

4. Promotion of events and achievements:
– Promote events, workshops and trainings organized by
Inoni Tech.
– Highlight the successes of incubated startups and participants
in training programs.
– Manage relationships with partners, influencers and media.
– Organize press conferences and meetings with the media
to increase visibility.
5. Results measurement and reporting:
– Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to
communication and marketing activities.
– Prepare regular reports on the results obtained and present recommendations
for continuous improvement.
– Use analytics tools to assess campaign effectiveness and
audience engagement.
Qualifications required – University degree in a relevant field such as communication,
marketing or media.
– Previous experience in a similar role in communication and marketing.
– Excellent writing skills and ability to create engaging content
.
– In-depth knowledge of social media and digital marketing strategies
.
– Mastery of graphic design and content management tools.
– Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
simultaneously.
– Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
Work environment The communication and marketing officer will work in close
collaboration with the management team, program managers and
Inoni Tech partners. The work environment is dynamic and
