A French academic institution based in Cameroon is looking for services:
A Communication Manager based in Douala.

MISSIONS AND TASKS

The communication officer will be responsible for developing and implementing
the communication strategy on all communication media and the company’s social media to attract and retain customers.

The tasks will consist of:
– Defining the weekly action plan in line with the commercial strategy
– Setting the objectives and monitoring the results of the various actions or campaigns
– Analyze the results of communication actions and their commercial impact
– Ensure an important watch on social networks, the competition, Internet user trends
– Produce or have produced the media and update them: writings, photos, product sheets, catalogs, films , press kits, advertising campaign, etc.
– Inform and train the marketing team as well as the commercial attachés and Community managers
– Animate the various social media of the institute in order to improve its notoriety
– Coordinate the evolution of the showroom and the corresponding activities: visits, photos, etc.

                                                                 REQUIRED PROFILE
• Bac +3 minimum communication, marketing or any other related training;
• Experience of two (02) years minimum in the implementation and execution of a communication strategy;
• A good knowledge in the sale of services would be an asset;
• Mastery of the computer tool (Pack Office);
• Being social with good interpersonal skills;
• Master the right language adapted to digital communication;
• Be able to adapt to the ethics and values ​​of the company.
