Main mission: Supervise operations in issue and acquisition on the electronic banking of the Bank, the processing of fraud alerts, ensure the regularity of accounts related to electronic banking.

MAIN ACTIVITIES

Supervision and control of activities of the Monetics Back Office

Checking accounting movements;
Ensure the smooth daily outcome of activities;
Take corrective actions on identified malfunctions;
Carry out the actions necessary to resolve the identified suspensions.

 

 

Improvement of transaction processing times and optimization of procedures

Ensure the processing of complaints and anomalies in collaboration with the entities concerned;
Ensure compliance with banking transaction processing times;
Set up dashboards in order to manage activities as well as possible;
Ensure the 1st level internal control of its activities in accordance with the Bank’s procedures (control points);
Ensure the flow of information to ensure business continuity;
Provide technical and regulatory monitoring of activities.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
SKILLS REQUIRED
Minimum BAC + 3 in Banking and Finance, Accounting and Management or any related discipline;
Justify a professional experience of at least 5 years in the function.

Knowledge
Good knowledge of the economic and financial environment,
Good knowledge of banking professions / products / services;
Good knowledge of banking regulations and best practices.

Know-how
Good command of accounting techniques;
Use of the IT tool and the office suite (Microsoft Office Pack);

Know-how
Team management;
Very good organization;
Ability to work under pressure;
Rigor ;
Sense of detail and initiative;
Analytical skills
