LOGISTICS AND ASSISTANTS MANAGER – (M/F)
For the need of its services, the company Carrefour Logistique SA (carlog SA) specializing in tranposrt, transit, customs clearance, advice, etc., in order to strengthen its activities, needs a logistics manager and two assistants.
The responsibilities of the manager with his assistants:
- Design steering and management tools to trace the routing of products and their distribution between the company’s different departments with the aim of rationalization and optimization.
The tasks will consist of:
- Control stock inventory
- Ensure truck management
- Manage inventory ;
- Deploy a supply flow management system;
- Develop the supply plan with suppliers (quantities to order and optimal delivery dates, etc.);
- Supervise the delivery of products;
- Report its action, risks, delays or anomalies to the Director;
- Identify and select suppliers, subcontractors, service providers;
- Identify and anticipate supplier risks;
- Evaluate compliance with commitments made by suppliers and carriers (deadlines, price, quality, etc.) and alert the purchasing department in the event of difficulty;
- Control the performance of a service;
- Ensure the maintenance of equipment.
- Writing weekly, monthly and annual reports
- Etc…
REQUIRED PROFILE
- The Logistics Manager must have a Master 2 in logistics and transport management or other related training
- the first assistant must have a license in logistics and transport management
- The second assistant must have a Bac
- Experience 01 years minimum
- Knowledge of logistics processes and procedures
- Quality control skills
- Truck management skills.
