As a State Registered Nurse at CMC NDR your missions will be as follows:
- Welcome, reassure, inform on the procedures and protocols to be implemented with patients to successfully complete their care;
- Provide nursing care – Implement protocols for different care
- Prepare, administer and monitor patients or specific care or treatments;
- Be versatile in the provision of care administration (Intervene in gynecological, obstetrical care, minor pediatric surgery, etc.),
- Collect and transmit appropriate information so that the patient is well cared for and well informed
- Communicate and manage a relationship in a healthcare context,
- Ensure the maintenance of equipment, the cleanliness of the room (cleaning, sterilization, waste elimination procedures, etc.)
- Apply and enforce measures to prevent nosocomial infections, etc. in all care and within the hospital structure.
- Initiate and implement educational and preventive care,
- Organize and coordinate the work of the caregivers under your responsibility.
- Welcome and supervise other health personnel: the various interns in the services
- Record data related to the activity;
- Consider health research in your field, based on these daily activities.

- Hold a state-certified nursing diploma or any other equivalent diploma;
- Have at least two years of experience in primary health care management in general. Including at least one year in reproductive health management and newborn care in particular;
- Have a sense of priorities;

- Manage and organize a care unit or health center;
- Train and supervise other health personnel under his responsibility;
