FOCEP SA is recruiting Customer Service Representatives as part of a pre-employment training course.

YOUR MISSION

Placed under the responsibility of the customer service managers, the trainee customer service manager will have the mission of participating in and contributing to the development of the customer portfolio through the sale of the financial institution’s products and services. Its main activities are as follows:

  •  Participate in prospecting and developing a customer portfolio;
  • Intervene in the first level recovery process;
  • Participate in the sale of EMF products and services.

YOUR PROFILE

  •  You hold a BAC+3/4/5 in banking and finance, accounting, economics, law, financial engineering or any other equivalent diploma.
  •  You have at least 1 year of professional experience in the microfinance sector.
  •  You have mastery of the use of IT tools, Ms OFFICE software (WORD, EXCEL, etc.). 
  •  You have strong writing and interpersonal skills, a spirit of synthesis, and a great capacity for analysis.
  • You are proactive, rigorous and have an eye for detail.
