SOCIETE GENERALE CAMEROON IS SEEKING FOR ITS MANAGEMENT OF INDIVIDUAL AND PROFESSIONAL CUSTOMERS, ONE (01) PROFESSIONAL CUSTOMER COMMERCIAL RELATIONS OFFICER

Location: Yaoundé

 

The  main mission is to ensure the administrative monitoring of a portfolio of business relationships, manage customer technical problems and banking needs on a daily basis with a permanent concern for quality of service and customer satisfaction. It is the link between professional customers and the back office.

 

 

Your daily tasks

Commercial follow-up

  • Assist the Customer Advisor in the management of the customer portfolio
  • Assist the Customer Advisor in his prospecting and product penetration actions with existing customers
  • Inform the customer about 1st level requests
  • Monitor credit approval notifications and ensure that appropriate letters have been sent to customers.

Monitoring of 1st level commitments

  • Manage renewal dates
  • Write the non-commercial part of credit files
  • Switch files to litigation.

Quality of service and customer satisfaction

  • Handle 1st level customer complaints
  • Properly and diligently direct customer service requests and complaints to relevant back office departments.

 

 

Business skills

Know the banking offering intended for professional customers, know the financial, legal and tax bases, master office tools, understand the risk linked to the activity within its scope, master the rules and procedures in force, in those specific to compliance, banking secrecy, permanent surveillance and the fight against fraud and money laundering.

Behavioral skills

Results orientation, customer orientation, integrity, rigor, organization and planning, sense of risk, team spirit.

Profile

  • Minimum BAC +3 Banking, Commerce, Management Sciences or any related discipline
  • Minimum 2 years of professional experience in banking sales.
