DOMICILIATION & RECEPTION MANAGER INTERNATIONAL OPERATIONS
SOCIETE GENERALE CAMEROUN is looking for, on behalf of its Operations Department, one (01) DOMICILIATION & RECEPTION MANAGER INTERNATIONAL OPERATIONS.

The post holder supervises the activities and teams of the international flow pool (transfer + repatriations + claims) and ensures strict compliance with the requirements of current regulations and procedures.

1. Supervision of the domiciliation of import and export declarations of goods and services.
– Set up and manage the domiciliation system for the import and export of goods and services.
– Ensure compliance with the domiciliation SLA
– Ensure that the domiciliations carried out in the CBS are all recorded in the Domiciliation workflow and the domiciliation files created in accordance with foreign exchange regulations
– Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements regarding domiciliation
– Etc.

 

 

 

2. Management of the activities of the international flow pool
– Coordinate the reception, transmission and execution of files (transfers, repatriations, leveling) from the extractive sector
– Supervise the dashboards on: transfers issued, repatriations, pre-financing files, exemption files, complaints.
3. Control of operational risks
– Supervise the monthly adjustment of the pool’s sensitive accounts (SAD, VIBIA TRESO, VIBIA SMP, FOREIGN CHECKS, PROVISION TRANSFERS)
– Identify points of weakness, anomalies to be perfected
– Propose solutions
4. Others
– Ensure the regulatory monitoring of activities within its scope (updating procedures and processes)
– Certification of VIBIA/TRESO – VIBIA/SMP, domiciled invoices, repatriation certificates, financing and non-financing certificates and AVI (Certificates of Irrevocable Transfer)
– Coach the teams
– All other tasks entrusted by the hierarchy.

 

 

TECHNICAL SKILLS:
– Good knowledge of foreign exchange regulations
– Ability to handle administrative tasks
– Comfort with office tools
– Good knowledge of AMPLITUDE BANK
– Accounting and banking techniques

REQUIRED TRAINING: BAC +4/5 in International Commerce, Banking, Audit
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE : Minimum 5 years of experience in the banking sector with team management
