Tasks and responsibilities:
The Administrative and Accounting Assistant will be responsible for:
o Carry out the entry and layout of any document (mail, file, file, report, etc.) and the processing of electronic mail.
o Ensure telephone reception and transmission of messages.
o Carry out the classification of documents, archiving, internal distribution.
o Ensure stewardship of the reserve (office supplies, materials) and management of documentation
o Organize the preparation of files related to meetings of reserve bodies (including photocopies)
o Manage the processing of general accounting operations and participate in the production of all year-end accounting and financial documents.
o Ensure logistics missions (insurance contracts, vehicle maintenance, maintenance contract).
o Monitor and control cash flow: – payment of subsidies linked to agreements, request for advance, request for balance.
o Process analytical accounting operations and issue statements
o Participates in the preparation of the balance sheet
o Contribute, with the curator, to the preparation of funding application files
o Ensure travel tracking (tour order, costs, etc.)
Job specific skills:
– Advanced knowledge:
– Knowledge of Word, Excel, sage saari financial management software
– Knowledge of the internet
- – Secretarial techniques
- – Knowledge of the functioning of the reserve bodies and their members.
- – Knowledge of administrative and financial circuits
- – Knowledge of public accounting and public procurement
Required profile :
The desired person must have a Bac +2 university degree in management and accounting
