As an Export Dispatching/Documentation Agent in the Export team based in Cameroon, you will execute, support and supervise daily Export operations tasks, in accordance with agreed procedures, to deliver results within specified transit time.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Plan accordingly and timely all Export files with relevant stakeholders
Responsible for ensuring a cost-efficient preparation and execution of export files
Work closely with vendors, customer service and CHB teams to achieve customer satisfaction through pro-active resolution of any unscheduled delays.
Responsible for the establishment of all export documentation (CO, Phyto, ICO, EUR1, BAE) as per the existing SLA.
Responsible for the planning of visits of key stakeholders (phyto, customs)
Follow for stuffing operations in coordination with internal and external stakeholders
Attend the daily departmental operations briefing to understand the daily/weekly priorities whilst maintaining a constant focus on process improvement

Building and maintaining a strong working relationship with other teams
Responsible for the safe keeping of all critical documents used for the processing of files such as but not limited to AVE
Timely Trakit updates and IOU justifications (where applicable)
To ensure operations are conducted in a manner consistent with and loyal to the A.P. Moller – Maersk values
Assist with any other tasks when required by the Operations management team
MEASUREMENT

Your ability to perform within your area of responsibility as outlined above. This includes accuracy and quality of work, quantity of work, problem solving and decision-making skills.
Your KPI set up during the performance appraisal
Share an end-to-end relationship with vendors
Maintain a good transit time measured
Improve cash flow by ensuring files are invoiced within delay
Your ability to work within a team as well as independently and your contribution towards ensuring that the best possible financial result is achieved for the company
