Title: Consultant for the rapid evaluation of multisectoral advocacy for the fight
against malaria in Cameroon

Impact Santé Afrique (ISA) is an African non-governmental organization led and

strategic communication, with the main objective of contributing to improving the health of

malaria-free Africa, with people-centered, accessible, equitable and

In 2022, the National Malaria Control Program (PNLP) and its
national and international partners launched a national movement called “STOP MALARIA”,
under the theme “Women and children at the heart of the fight. #Actnow” , under
the patronage of the First Lady, Chantal Biya. The objective of the campaign is to mobilize
leaders from all sectors in the fight against malaria.
As part of the implementation of a multisectoral collaboration between the Ministry of
Public Health and key ministries (Ministry of Communication, Ministry of
Finance, Ministry of Basic Education, etc.) in the fight against malaria. ISA in
collaboration with the PNLP is looking for an exceptional consultant for the rapid assessment
of multisectoral advocacy for the fight against malaria in Cameroon who will be able
to carry out a study of ministries and their health facilities. He/she will
also be able to write an advocacy document for multi-sectoral engagement in the
fight against malaria.
Main tasks and responsibilities: between October 5 and December 5,
2023. • Carry out a brief analysis of health and malaria
control programs/interventions via a documentary review and data collection from targeted ministerial structures (at least 7 ) in the city of Yaoundé,

Submit the inventory report for review before finalization.
• Write an advocacy document for multi-sectoral involvement in the

• Submit a technical offer, including a timetable and a financial offer (
consultation and travel costs only).
• Deliverable in French or English.
