RECRUITMENT JUNIOR MANAGEMENT CONTROLLER
Candidate profile
• Be a Man or Woman aged 35 years or less;
• Hold a BAC+4/5 level in Management Control, Audit, Finance or Accounting;
• Have at least 03 years in a firm or in a similar position

Missions of the position:
• Transmit the file and budgetary guidelines to operational departments;
• Assist operational departments in developing their budget;
• Submit the draft budget to the Hierarchy for observation;
• Calculate and analyze prudential ratios;
• Calculate the acquisition cost;
• calculate technical provisions;
• calculate the combined ratios (gross and net) of reinsurance by branch,
• Establish monthly, quarterly and half-yearly reporting.
Analyze differences observed in prudential ratios;
• Analyze the level of realization of overhead expenses;
• Draw the attention of management to significant discrepancies;
Propose to the hierarchy measures to be taken when there are discrepancies •
Strengths for the position

• Have very good knowledge of the insurance market,
