Technico-commercial.
– Type of contract: CDD
– Place of execution of the contract Douala.

MISSION OF THE POSITION: develop the B2B customer portfolio and ensure the installations and maintenance
of community equipment (hotels, motels, hospitals, etc.).
ACTIVITIES:
• Know all the products marketed in the company;
• Develop and submit your weekly prospecting schedule to your supervisor;
• Prospect new customers in order to broaden the company’s scope of action;
• Inform, guide and advise customers in the field about the different products
marketed by the company;
• Meet customers in its area of ​​intervention in order to collect their various orders;
• Ensure delivery of kits ordered by customers and their installations;
• Identify customer grievances and forward them to your supervisor;
• Note any difficulty or problem related to the workstation and report to the supervisor;
• Make any suggestions to your supervisor for improving the procedures and services
provided by the company;

• Ensure permanent competitive monitoring of the market and report
all necessary information to your superior;
• Follow each customer individually to inquire about their needs in real time;
• Attend all sales department meetings;
• Accomplish any other task entrusted by the hierarchical superior;
• Ensure after-sales service;
• Ensure invoicing and monitoring of collections.

REQUIRED SKILLS :

The candidate for the position must have:
• Minimum Bacc+3 in telecommunications; computer science or any other relevant diploma in the
field;
• Professional experience of 02 years in a similar position;
• Excellent knowledge of the installations and configuration of community equipment;
• Express yourself fluently in French and English;
• Perfect knowledge of the sector of activity in which he operates.
