The HEALTH AND HUMAN RIGHTS CAMEROON Organization, abbreviated “2HRC”, is a Cameroonian organization for participation in development through the promotion of education, health and employment of vulnerable groups as well as the fight for respect human rights without any discrimination. It is a non-profit association whose creation finds its essence in the desire and commitment of a group of dynamic young people to put an end to the evils which undermine Cameroonian society and elsewhere. It is therefore a question of supporting international organizations and the Cameroonian government in the implementation of specific programs and projects in favor of populations most exposed to risks, particularly in the areas of human rights and health.

 

 




 

POSITION TITLE: COMMUNITY MOBILIZATION MANAGER (CMC)
Duration of employment: 12 months renewable after evaluation, a trial period of at least one month will be observed.
Objective of the position
Leila CMC will:
develop an HIV and STI prevention program;
Prepare performance indicators based on the indicators and transfer them to accounting for budgeting;
Prepare the TOR for monthly activities and have them approved by the DIC manager, validated by the ED;
Plan, coordinate and evaluate the prevention activities carried out;
Manage PL so that they achieve Individual Targets;
Carry out prevention activities;
Leads indicator monitoring meetings;
Participate in various educational talks
Produce periodic activity reports addressed to the DIC Manager;
Participate in the drafting of innovative projects in the prevention of HIV and STIs;
• Intervene in any activity where competence is necessary.

 

 

 

JOB PROFILE
Education Secondary level training (at least baccalaureate level)
Experience required • Prior experience of at least two years in prevention activities in the community;
• Relevant experience in working with local and international NGOs;
The direction of the organisation;
Good morals;
The ability to work in a team;
• A sense of initiative;
The ability to judge;
Perfect command of the French language and
:

good knowledge of English;
Mastery of spreadsheet and word processing software;
Have the ability to work under pressure.
leadership and special social relationships Being a good communicator, receptive, conciliatory, slow to anger, sense of innovation, ready to work under pressure and capacity for anticipation.
Performance criterion Achievement of results

COMPOSITION OF THE APPLICATION FILE:

A detailed CV signed
A photocopy of the latest diploma, certificate or any other supporting document
A photocopy of the CNI.
