Recruitment notice: MAINTENANCE MANAGER
BEETLE HERITAGE HOLDING SA is currently looking for a (01) CAR FLEET MAINTENANCE MANAGER for its headquarters based in Douala .
The AUTO FLEET MAINTENANCE MANAGER attached to the Operations Department will have the main missions of:
– Monitor the maintenance of the vehicle fleet;
– Carry out administrative monitoring of work relating to the park;
– Implement the Garage management policy.
Activities
Monitoring of vehicle fleet maintenance
– Analyze and plan operational needs for preventive and curative maintenance (overhaul) in collaboration with the mechanics/electrician and the service concerned (department which uses the vehicle);
– Plan and control maintenance, repairs, checks or reception of vehicles;
– Monitor and control the activity of external service providers;
– Inspect vehicles;
– Participate in the vehicle fleet inventory;
– Identify needs for renewal, acquisition or development of the vehicle fleet
Supervision of the proper maintenance of the spare parts store;
– Organize maintenance work (mechanic, electrician, driver assistant);
– Identify supply, equipment and supply needs and establish orders;
– Define the work to be carried out by external service providers on our vehicles;
– Accept the work carried out by external service providers on our vehicles;
– Ensure hygiene and sanitation in the park;
– Maintain vehicle maintenance dashboards.
Administrative follow
– Define material and human resource needs;
– Manage interventions, investigations and analysis of incidents;
– Archive copies of vehicle files and vehicle maintenance documents (breakdown report form, order form, etc.);
Report claims and follow up with insurers.
PROFILE
– Academic level: Bac + 3 in mechanics, electricity or industrial maintenance (minimum)
– Professional experience: 03 years of experience in a similar position (minimum)
TECHNICAL SKILLS
– Good knowledge of preventive and curative maintenance ;
– Good knowledge in the use of Computer Aided Maintenance Management software – CMMS;
– Have an ability to make good diagnoses
– Mastery of IT tools and Microsoft office packages .
