EXPERIENCED EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT – EL

The executive assistant provides secretarial services and assists in administrative management and organization. She makes appointments, manages her diary, organizes her travel and prepares her meetings, welcomes customers, monitors activities, classifies and archives documents, enters digital documents, etc.
Missions
  • Manage the first negotiations,
  • Lead the preparation of a budget,
  • Ensure the transmission of information internally and externally,
  • Process information (collect, classify and update),
  • Follow the conditions of execution of a contract,
  • Place orders for equipment, supplies, consumables, and check the conformity of deliveries,
  • Write internal communication materials (reports, minutes, notes, etc.)

 

 




 

Required qualities 

Organized: The executive assistant manages two schedules: his own and that of his director. He knows how to prioritize missions and define what is urgent and what is not!
Responsive: Unforeseen events and small last-minute hassles are commonplace; the executive assistant must be quick and efficient.
Discreet: The executive assistant is aware of the confidential aspects of certain files, which must not be made known.
