The Management of Xpertlane Consult requires the services of an Operations Officer
Main Role:
The Operations Officer will ensure the smooth and efficient running of the company and its operations at every level.
Reports to: The CEO
Duty Station: Buea
Principal duties:
 Manages day-to-day operations including human resources, clients and public relations.
 Establishes the overall vision and direction for the implementation of the internal operations
 Oversees the management and ensures smooth operations.
 Develop and implement new business strategies for creating or improving processes and procedures to
improve corporate performance

 Collaborate with the marketing team to define marketing strategies and follow-up on implementation.
 In collaboration with the marketing team, Identify new and follow up business opportunities for the
 company
 Monitor performance against goals to ensure that progress is being made
 Monitor financial performance to ensure the company is meeting or exceeding budgetary commitments
 Develop and implement strategies around improving the financial performance of the company
 Participate in the execution of business consultancy services.
 Assist the CEO in negotiations with clients.

 Provide periodic reports to the CEO
 Any other duties relating to the position.
Requirements
 Minimum HND / BAC +2 in Accounting and Finance or Business Management.
 Minimum 01 year professional experience (including internships)
 Experience in Taxation, digital Marketing, SAGE Saari or QuickBooks accounting software is an added
advantage.
