Your missions:
- Management of the online reputation of the agency’s clients,
- Provide training in CM,
- Create content suitable for social networks: create content suitable for social networks, including texts, images, videos, stories and sponsored posts,
- Lead online communities: by responding to comments and encouraging interactions with subscribers, using social selling strategies to encourage engagement,
- Implement social media marketing strategies: The Community Manager will work closely with other team members to develop social media marketing strategies based on each client’s objectives, using analytics tools to measure performance and adjust actions accordingly,
- Offer high value-added content: responsible for offering high value-added content for each client, using various formats (infographics, white papers, podcasts, etc.) to increase subscriber engagement and conversion,
- Provide performance reports (activity review),
- Work with software: PHOTOSHOP or CANVA, POWERPOINT, WORD, EXCEL
Hold a BTS / DUT (minimum) Community Manager or in Communication and Marketing
