Context
Impact Santé Afrique (ISA) is a non-governmental organization based in Cameroon whose
main objective is to contribute to improving the health of populations by implementing
transformative and sustainable programs (for more For information, visit
www.impactsante.org). As part of the “Equity Access to Malaria” project funded by the Initiative
over a renewable 3-year period (November 6, 2023 – October 31, 2026), this project aims
to strengthen community engagement in the fight against malaria. ISA is looking for
an IT Specialist – Reporting and monitoring-evaluation manager based in Yaoundé.
Responsibilities:
Under the supervision of the Monitoring & Evaluation Manager, he/she will ensure:
Co-develop the project M&E plan, including the indicator monitoring matrix,
in accordance with ISA standards and practices;
Ensure the implementation of the project M&E plan, while ensuring the application of
data quality standards;
Contribute to implementing and ensure the proper functioning of the
project monitoring & evaluation system
Generate an information management plan and capitalization of learning;
Produce high quality quarterly, semi-annual and annual reports according to the
lessor’s standards and procedures;
Actively participate in the application of Quality Assurance (QA), Quality Control
(QC) and Quality Improvement (QA) measures for the project.
Support other project members in capturing and documenting best
practices and successes for learning, reference and dissemination.
Co-facilitate data analysis and use validation and
action planning meetings with project teams and the steering committee to
review data trends and overall project performance.
Prepare study concept documents and co-develop the design of
studies and data collection tools
Supervise the training of agents and data collection;
Supervise data collection activities;
Maintain follow-up on key action points agreed during review meetings and
disseminate implementation progress.
Any other task assigned to the project.
Qualifications:
– Minimum Master’s level in public health, biostatistics, demography, computer science
– At least 4 years of experience in the field.
– Ability to work in an international/multicultural environment, and with
institutional organizations.
– Positive and dynamic attitude;
– Ability to plan, prioritize and organize one’s own work and that of others;
– Ability to work under pressure to meet set deadlines.
– Ability to write and speak French fluently.
