We value your experience, your passion and your authenticity. Join our teams as a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP), under the supervision of the Human Capital Partner (HC Partner) and Chief Human Resources Officer AFSS and in conjunction with the central human capital team, you will participate in operational implementation strategy, policies, the territory’s action plan and all human resources activities within the Cameroon & Chad Business Unit and belong to a diverse community of more than 700 employees and consultants who support the development actors in Africa and are shaping the future.

As a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP), your main responsibilities will be for the Business Units of Cameroon & Chad:

Assist the Human Capital Partner (HCP) for the implementation in the country of the Strategy, Priorities, Plan Human Capital (HC) actions of the Territory, as well as the underlying Policies and Procedures and tools whose deployment has been decided by the Territory

 

 

Supervise the execution of the Human Capital strategy of the Business Unit of Equatorial Guinea
Assist the LoS and Functions Support for the country for the recruitment of Human Resources (profiles and staff) according to the needs expressed by them in their resource plan
Support for the material organization of deployment in the country and the proper implementation implementation of tools, procedures, evaluation and performance management systems whose implementation is decided for the Territory as well as compliance of the conduct of performance management activities in the country with the policies and procedures adopted by the Territory
Support for the physical organization of the deployment, management and maintenance of the talent management and succession system and program in the country. The program covers in particular the identification of talents, training, personal development, coaching, mobility, remuneration.
Takes charge of the material organization of deployment in the country and the proper implementation of tools, procedures, Human Capital professional development systems whose implementation is decided for the Territory as well as compliance of the conduct of professional development activities in the country with the policies and procedures adopted by the Territory.
Supports the material organization of the implementation and management of Human Capital projects, initiatives, systems, tools and procedures in the country

 

 

Ensure HR reporting, manage and update the HRIS, ensure its compliance with PwC standards ……….
You hold a Bac+4 level diploma in Human Resources management or equivalent;
You have at least five (05) years of experience in a similar position in a large structure or institution;
You have a good command of the IT tools of the MS Office suite and the SAGE PAIE software;
You have a good knowledge of social law and payroll taxation in Cameroon, Chad
You have a good level of English, both written and spoken;
