JOB: Head Receptionist (F/M) – Bana Valley
LA VALLEE DE BANA is recruiting a CHIEF RECEPTIONIST for its services.
MISSIONS
Main mission: responsible for the hotel’s Reception-Reception department

He/She ensures that the guests’ stay goes smoothly
-
He/She handles requests for various services
-
He/She collects payments when customers leave
-
The reception manager manages a team of receptionists, of whom he/she defines the schedule and coordinates the work, with a constant concern to best serve the customer.

He/She is also responsible for scheduling reservations and monitors reservations from website channels, online reservation platform, social networks, by direct calls
-
He/she ensures the daily updating of reservation schedules (Booking/website)

He/She manages relations with travel agencies and reservation centers

Have at least a baccalaureate +3 or BTS in Hospitality and Catering/Tourism

Have professional experience of at least 02 years in a similar position

Have good knowledge of IT tools

Have a good command of the English language.
