Job offer at BEETLE HERITAGE HOLDING SA: 01 Sales administrator

BEETLE HERITAGE HOLDING SA is currently looking for a (01) Sales Administrator for its headquarters based in Douala.

Under the supervision of the Chief Accountant, the Sales Administrator must:

  • Carry out invoicing and follow up on invoices issued;
  •  Ensure the rationality of entries and imputations of accounting operations relating to each client, in accordance with the procedures, the provisions of the OHADA uniform act, as well as the social and tax legislation in force in Cameroon;
  •  Ensure the operationalization of commercial operations and the resulting reports.

 




 

ACTIVITIES

Commercial management

  •  Ensure the conformity of the client file; the correct configuration of customer accounts (tax rate, tariff categories, outstanding invoicing, representative, etc.) and items (price, tax rate, general accounts, etc.);
  •  Enter purchase orders and/or delivery preparations as well as agency cash receipt documents
  • Transform delivery notes into invoices;
  •  Ensure compliance in substance and form of issued invoices;
  •  Ensure compliance with procedures related to the establishment of cash documents for customer payments by check, transfer and cash deposit into the bank account;
  •  Ensure the proper implementation of commercial actions (sales and promotions);
  •   Produce the receivables situation and billing possibilities for each customer;
  •  Participate in the daily closing with the regional manager by reconciling commercial data with system data.

 

 

 

Accounting

  •  Ensure the conformity of accounting documents before any entry;
  • Enter the agency’s expense cash documents;
  •  Update the accounting (dumping of commercial files into the accounting file);
  • Letter customer accounts;
  •  Produce the customer solvency statement weekly and monthly;
  •  Take part in weekly cash flow closings and ensure the resulting regularizations;
  •  Participate in customer balance confirmations and ensure the resulting regularizations;
  •  Request and enter charge documents for account regularization;
  •  Check compliance and ensure proper archiving of the client’s revenue document bundle
  •  Analyze recorded numerical data in order to present the results to the company’s general accounting with a view to producing financial statements;
  •  Classify and send accounting documents to headquarters on a weekly basis.

 

 

REQUIRED PROFILE

  •  Hold Bac + 2/3 in accounting-auditing, business management or any other equivalent diploma
  • Have 2 years’ experience (minimum) in a similar position
  •  Mastery of the accounting organization of the system;
  •  Mastery of stock management techniques;
  • Mastery of cash handling processes;
  •  Mastery of IT tools and accounting software packages; commercial.
