TDR ADMINISTRATIVE CLERK
POSITION TITLE: Administrative Clerk
GRADE: G4
TYPE AND DURATION OF CONTRACT 02 MONTHS SSA
LOCATION: Yaoundé, WHO Office
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The WHO Country Office in Cameroon has launched the process of electronic payment of beneficiaries or participants in the various workshops or activities that are implemented. This system, which was implemented by the country office under the leadership of the Regional Office, has a significant volume of transactions which requires a specifically dedicated human resource for real-time monitoring.
Under the supervision of the Administrator, the incumbent will be required to perform various office tasks related to the aspects below:
• Ensure daily reconciliation of the Mobile Money (MoMo) account;
• Ensure the consolidation of supporting documents from the MoMo payments platform;
• Assist in the analysis and liquidation of commitments (encumbrances);
• Participate in the development of the VAT reimbursement file due for the current biennium;
• Review the supporting documents for all activities financed by direct implementation during the 2022-2023 biennium.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
• Knowledge of administrative rules and regulations in general;
• Knowledge of IT tools and good handling of the internet tool.

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Secondary school diploma (Baccalaureate).
• Training in the area of financial management is desirable.
EXPERIENCE:
• Between 2 and 4 years of work in a field related to financial management;
• Knowledge and/or experience of the United Nations system is an asset.
Languages:
• Perfect knowledge of French and working knowledge of English.
Other knowledge:
• Good knowledge of basic office suite software (Word, Excel, Powerpoint).
