Recruitment notice: CONTINUING TRAINING MANAGER
With a view to promoting its services in Cameroon, AN INTERNATIONAL HIGHER SCHOOL in Cameroon (Douala), is looking for an experienced CONTINUING EDUCATION MANAGER to provide its services .
Assignment
- Propose, define and implement the continuing training policy adapted to the various audiences welcomed by the establishment;
- Sell continuing training to companies;
Main activities
- Structuring the training offer with all the stakeholders concerned within the establishment;
- Identify and analyze the training needs of the public and partners;
- Produce and disseminate information in the field of continuing education;
- Lead and maintain internal, external, private and public partnership relationships at the local, national and international level (companies, training organizations, public funders);
- Implement support systems for the public (resumption of studies, validation of acquired experience, skills assessments);
- Conduct studies and participate in research programs;
- Evaluate the results and effects of a training system;
- Lead training or teaching activities;

- Training law
- Knowledge of legislative and regulatory texts in the field

- Write contractual documents
- Analyze work situations and organizations
- Analyze the needs for changes in professional practices and situations
- Translate training objectives into content and teaching methods
- Supervise / Lead a team
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with public and private actors
- Evaluate the results and effects of a continuing training system
SKILLS / REQUIREMENTS / QUALITIES
- Bac + 03 minimum in the field of training would be an asset or any other equivalent diploma;
- Minimum 03 years of experience in a similar position;
- Mastery of IT tools (office pack);
- Be responsible;
- Be charismatic;
