LITTORAL OPERATIONAL MARKETING CHARGE – (2200009M)
Description




Missions & Main activities

Co-construct regional trade marketing plans

Actively participate in the construction of regional marketing plans and business plans
Analyze, evaluate and report plan activities Regional trade marketing

Analyze and evaluate the results of the various regional trade marketing plans KPIs by KPIS
Report the results of these analyzes to the region and propose corrective actions
Sound the alarm signals on the general situation of the region and the competition there understood the opportunities
Manage goodies / Point-of-sale advertising (POS), support resources and event agencies and Below The Line (BTL)

 



 

Train and supervise occasional sales staff
Ensure the availability of POS and ILV in direct sales outlets and indirect (provided to channels, sales representatives, etc.)
Ensure the accounting and financial management of the actions carried out
Deploy offers, sponsorship actions and other events

Develop and implement Market Impact Team or “crash program” type actions
Support the marketing in new product launches
Designing and implementing the Trade Marketing component of trade shows, fairs and various sponsorships
Ensuring competitive intelligence

 




Collect feedback from the competition (reporting and analysis) on the ground in its area
centrally Initiate actions in response to the actions deployed by the competition
Monitor and share the KPIs of its geographical area, qualitatively and quantitatively according to the key indicators defined at the national level
Ensure new customer recruitment operations via existing channels: OCM, distributors, BTL, Key Account (KA), Manufacturers

Monitor, supervise subcontracting companies (BTL agencies, etc.) and answer for their performance
Deploy and evaluate commando activities
Implement actions to open new sites with sector managers and partners in the region
Monitor the performance of low traffic sites, implement and evaluate corrective actions if necessary



Qualifications

Training: BAC +2 in Commerce, Sales, Distribution, Marketing or Management

Experience: Two years in a field sales position, salesperson, or Trade marketing animator
