ORDER NO MINFOPRA OF JULY 25, 2022

Opening a direct competition for the recruitment of ten (10) Medical Sanitary Technical Agents, Morgue Attendant option, 2022 session.

THE MINISTER OF PUBLIC SERVICE AND ADMINISTRATIVE REFORM,
Having regard to the Constitution •
Having regard to decree 110 2001/145 of 3 July 2001 on the Special Status of civil servants in the bodies of Public Health;

Having regard to decree 11094/199 of October 7, 1994 on the General Statute of the State Public Service, amended and supplemented by decree 110 2000/287 of October 12, 2000;
Having regard to decree 110 2011/408 of December 9, 2011 on the organization of the Government, amended and supplemented by decree If 2018/190 of March 2, 2018;
Considering decree 110 2012/537 of November 19, 2012 on the organization of the Ministry of Public Service and Administrative Reform;

Considering decree 1102018/191 of March 2, 2018 on the reorganization of the Government;
Considering the decree n0 2000/696/PM of September 13, 2000 fixing the General Regime of Administrative Competitions;
Having regard to Order No. 040/PM of 19 May 2022 setting the terms and conditions for granting the age exemption to persons with disabilities during administrative competitions and recruitments in the State Civil Service,

ORDER
Article 1.- a) This order opens a direct competition for the recruitment of ten (10) Technical Medical and Sanitary Agents, Morgue Attendant option, Public Service category.
b) Said competition will take place on December 03, 2022 at the unique center of Yaoundé.

Article 2.- CONDITIONS TO BE FULFILLED IN ORDER TO APPLY.

1. General conditions:
Cameroonians who fulfill the following conditions may apply:
a) meet the general conditions required for access to public employment as enacted by the General Statute of the State Public Service;
b) be seventeen (17) years old at least and twenty-nine (29) years old at most on January 1, 2022 (be born between 01/01/1993 and 01/01/2005);
c) however, disabled persons holding a National Disability Card issued by the competent authorities, benefit from a ceiling of five (05) years maximum, above I ILnite in accordance with decree n0040 / PM of May 19, 2022 susv se.

2. Specific conditions:
Medical and Sanitary Technical Agent, hold a First Cycle (BEPC) or the General Certificate of Education Ordinary Level (GCE-O/L) obtained in four subjects except the subject “religious knowledge” and the diploma of Mortuary Attendant issued by a national public
training establishment, or a recognized equivalent diploma issued by a foreign or international school appearing on a list fixed by order of the Prime Minister.

Article 3.- COMPOSITION OF CANDIDATES.

Applications can be submitted online at www.concoursonline.minfopra.gov.cm or deposited in the ten (10) Regional Delegations of the Ministry of Public Service and Administrative Reform, until Friday, November 18, 2022, deadline and must imperatively include the following documents:
1. a registration form stamped at one thousand (1000) CFA francs, the printout of which is available in the services of the Ministry of the Public Service and Administrative Reform or in the Delegations Regional Offices of the said Ministry and downloadable from the website: http:/www.minfopra.gov.cm;
2. a certified copy of the birth certificate signed by a competent civil
authority;
3. an extract from the criminal record, bulletin no3; | © http://minajobs.net/
4. a certified true copy(ies) of the required diploma(s) signed by a competent civil authority;
5. certificate(s) of presentation of the original diploma(s), required, signed
by a competent civil authority;
6. a medical certificate issued by a doctor in the public sector;

7. a receipt for payment of the sum of fifteen thousand (15,000) CFA francs issued by a person in charge of the EXPRESS I-JNION counter of the application;
8. two (02) 4×4 photos;
9. an envelope stamped with one thousand (1000) CFA francs to the address
e candidates who submit their files online for filing physical files. However, said files must imperatively be submitted to the Ministry of Public Service and Administrative Reform for candidates declared definitively admitted.
o Candidates wishing to be accompanied free of charge in the online registration procedure can approach the branches of the National Youth Observatory (ONJ) ​​housed within the Multifunctional Centers for the Promotion of Young People (CMPJ).
e Government employee candidates subject to the Labor Code and fulfilling the conditions set out in article 2 must provide a copy of their employment contract or decision to hire.
e Any file that is incomplete, late or whose documents are signed at a police station will not be accepted.
Documents legalized by an administrative, municipal or judicial authority must be dated less than three (03) months from the date of submission of the files.

Article 4.- PROGRAMS, TIMETABLES AND CONDUCT OF THE WRITTEN TESTS.
1. The composition programs are those of the study cycles delivering the diplomas required to apply.
2. The written tests will take place on the following dates and times:

3. The time limit for access to rooms is imperatively fixed at 7 a.m. sharp. Article 5.- PUBLICATION OF RESULTS.
The final results of this competition will be published by order of the Minister of Public Service and Administrative Reform.
Article 6.- Any fraud observed before, during or after the running of the competition will be penalized in accordance with the laws and regulations in force.
Article 7. – This decree will be registered and published wherever necessary. /-
