PEOPLE HOP SARL is a human resources management company, specializing in recruitment assistance and staff placement.

 

We are recruiting on behalf of five clients one (03) Administration Division Manager for the city of: YAOUNDE

 




 

Skills and missions

 Know how to manage conflict situations and make arbitrations,

 Know how to organize and lead a structure and teams,

 Knowing how to motivate and mobilize your agents,

 Know how to set up results control methods,

 Know how to manage conflict situations and make arbitrations,

 Spirit of analysis and synthesis; use of IT tools (document automation);

 Ability to negotiate and problem solve; prospective vision and capacity for anticipation and adaptation

 Know how to organize technical and legal documentation and monitor it,

 Know how to organize archiving,

 know how to process and disseminate relevant information to the stakeholders concerned,

 Know how to control the quality of information,

 

 

 Master communication tools and administrative IT,

Master internal and external communication techniques.

 Know how to develop a litigation file and master its workings in the Cameroonian context;

Knowledge of leadership and management principles;

 Knowledge of HR management software and Excel and Access spreadsheets;

 Knowledge of human, administrative, legal and IT resources management;

 Have a good knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO 31 000 standards on human resources management and administrative management.

 Excellent listening and coaching skills and sharing administrative requirements;

 

 Have a keen sense of organization; rigor, responsiveness,  Have a sense of urgency and priorities

 

 

SKILLS

ADMINISTRATION AND HR

  Develop and enforce internal regulations.

  Develop and monitor the execution of the human resources budget in agreement with General Management.

  Coordinate the development of the BCP (Business Continuity Plan) with all other entities

  Manage employment contracts (establishment, monitoring, suspension, termination) and amendments to employment contracts,

  Ensure compliance with legal obligations (labor code, collective agreement, collective agreements, internal regulations),

  Define the recruitment and career management policy

  Define the skills development policy (training,)

  Study of offers and quotes from suppliers for the various services

  control the execution of external services linked to the premises (excluding technical premises),

  Participate in work design and purchasing/receipt commissions

  Guarantee the continued operation of the network (material resources, human resources, security, etc.)

  Coordinate the activities of the secretariat

 Prepare the DA budget

 Monitor and coordinate budget execution (personnel, operating and investment budgets) of the DA in conjunction with the accountant

LEGAL

  Guide strategic thinking based on developments in law and standards,

  Develop and reread contracts, amendments and other legal documents

  Handle disputes in connection with lawyers

  Ensure regular legislative and regulatory monitoring

NICT

 Order and monitor internal projects and with external service providers

 Improve and develop the information system with a view to efficient computing

  Audit security systems, and propose areas for improvement adapted to the company’s sector of activity.

Required level : A minimum BAC+4/5 level of education in management science preferably with specialization in human resources management or any diploma deemed equivalent

Experience : Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar or exact position.

Be proven versatile in the areas of human resources management, litigation management, etc.
