MISSIONS
Placed under the authority of the Operations Manager, the Maintenance Business Manager must ensure the proper functioning of all production tools and all operations related to the maintenance of its fleet, performance and conditions. hygiene and safety of equipment.
ACTIVITIES
- Ensure the monitoring and proper execution of equipment maintenance;
- Master computer-assisted maintenance management software;
- Prepare maintenance quotes for its equipment;
- Ensure communication and reporting of maintenance operations with customers;
- Ensure commercial monitoring with companies in order to grow its maintenance fleet;
- Ensure the proper execution of maintenance operations on its fleet.
- Graduate of a Bac +2/3 in Electromechanics or Mechanics;
- you benefit from successful and significant experience of at least 5 years in maintenance business management.
- Technical expertise in several fields: mechanics, electricity, automation, etc.
- Perfect knowledge of the company’s equipment;
- Perfect technical knowledge in order to understand customer requests and analyze their needs;
- Good knowledge of how the company operates in order to interact with the different departments of the company.
- Be outgoing, curious, enthusiastic, perseverant and benefit from strong relationships with maintenance stakeholders;
- Be attentive, challenging and concerned about customer satisfaction;
- Have a talent for negotiation and an ability to advise clients coupled with your sense of commitment;
