Recruitment of Collectors at AMIS FINANCE COOP-CA
Main missions :
- Develop the client portfolio
- Publicize and sell the company’s products
- Develop a customer loyalty policy
- Participate in prospecting campaigns
- Collect funds from customers on a daily basis
- Produce weekly activity reports
- Oversee collection activities and ensure client savings
- Ensure the promotion and sale of financial products and services
- Facilitate, coordinate and control, with its collaborators, the design and implementation activities necessary for the development on the market of the financial products and services offered by the company
- Welcome, inform, detect needs and guide customers.
Prerequisites:
- Have at least a BEPC and BACC
- Have professional experience of at least one (01) in daily collection.
- Computer skills
- Good character
Be honest and courteous
Good relational sense
Good presentation
- Have an aptitude for day-to-day and commercial collection work
- Be able to work under pressure and have a strong personality
- Having knowledge of English would be an asset.
- Have a professional experience of at least six (06) in the field of commercial or daily collection in a Micro finance or a similar company.
